    Current manufacturing time for all made to order boots and slippers is 2 weeks. If you need your order by a certain date, send me an email and I will do my best for you.

    Additional delivery time depends on your location:

    UK Express Delivery - 2 days

    UK (Free Standard Postage) - 3-5 days

    USA Tracked - 7 days

    I’m sorry that we can no longer send to Europe or Northern Ireland due to new regulations.

    These are advised times, and not guaranteed. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

  • I want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If they’re not right for you, please return them.

    I can only accept returns that are in perfect condition.

    When your item arrives, try it on with care. Make sure you’re happy before you wear them.

    Be assured that if you wish to return your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or full refund. Please let me know as soon as possible and send the item back within 28 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of return.

    Most of our boots and slippers are made to order. Please check our current delivery schedule. We will notify you by email if there are any changes to this date. All orders in standard sizes may be returned (check our returns policy above).

    For international orders the recipient is responsible for all import duties.

    Payment must be made in full before we can make your order. Payment through our website can be made via PayPal or by card. We do not have access to, or keep any credit or debit card details.

    We respect your privacy at all times. This website is GDPR compliant. We will never sell your data to anybody else - it’s not the sort of business we are.
