Current manufacturing time for all made to order boots and slippers is 3 weeks. Additional delivery time depends on your location:

We aim to create the worlds most sustainable sheepskin boot. Part of achieving this is to create the best boot for each customer. We want to make boots that you will cherish and wear. We need your help with this one. We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If they’re not right for you, please return them.

We can only accept returns that are in perfect condition.

When your item arrives, try it on with care. Make sure you’re happy before you wear them.

Be assured that if you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund. Our extended Christmas returns policy; you may return any item anytime before 10th January 2024. Please let us know as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the cost of return.

If you are not able to return boots, but you would like to sell them, please get in touch with us. We are working towards building a network for buying and selling our pre-loved boots.

Orders:

Most of our boots and slippers are made to order. Please check our current delivery schedule. We will notify you by email if there are any changes to this date. All orders in standard sizes may be returned (check our returns policy above).

For international orders the recipient is responsible for all import duties.

Payment must be made in full before we can make your order. Payment through our website can be made via PayPal or by card. We do not have access to, or keep any credit or debit card details.

We respect your privacy at all times. This website is GDPR compliant. We will never sell your data to anybody else - it’s not the sort of business we are.
