A guide to choosing colours

It’s not often you’ll have the chance to select the colours for your sheepskin boots and slippers and have them made especially for you.  It’s exciting, the possibilities are vast, and then before you know it decision fatigue hits.  It’s difficult to order clothes online, you don’t really know what the colours will be like until you see them in real life.  I know, I understand.

Rest assured, all our custom-made boots have been carefully curated so that anything you choose will look good.  You might notice that not all heel and thread colours are available with all sheepskin colours.  We have closely explored each colour possibility and offer only those which work together in harmony. If you want the leopard print heel, you’ll find it paired with either the blue or the brown sheepskin options.

Uk made custom boots in blue and leopard print

A good place to start is with the sheepskin colour.  It is not possible to have one pair of boots that go with your entire wardrobe, so look at your coat or the clothes you wear most often.  Choose something you like, and you will find it works together with most of your wardrobe.

The vegetable tanned leather heel and 100% recycled thread are matching, which holds together the design.  Look through the photos, choose your favourite.  Each leather heel is embossed individually and you can choose either matt which is a subtle, sophisticated look, or metallic for an eye catching shine.

If you’re still feeling confused, and need a little more information, send me an email.  Tell me which colours you’re deciding between and your postal address and I will send you small samples  of the materials.

Of course, you don’t have to order custom made boots, if it all feels like too much then have a look at our collection.  Each option in shown in great detail and you can be absolutely sure what you’re getting.
