Most Xanthe Anna boots and slippers are made to order. Current manufacturing time for all made to order boots and slippers is 2 weeks. See the table below for additional delivery time.
If you need your order by a certain date, have a look at boots and slippers in stock, or consider buying a gift voucher. Express UK delivery is available for all in stock items if you’re in a hurry. Alternatively email Xanthe and I will do my best to get your order to you in time.

All parcels are sent with Royal Mail, for international deliveries this includes their partners.
These are estimated times and are not guaranteed. I recommend placing your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Delays can occasionally occur. Delivery costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time
For express delivery all orders made before 5:00PM are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders there might be delays. If there is a significant delay I will contact you by email.
Email Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
International Destinations
We can no longer send to EU or Northern Ireland due to new regulations. If you would like to make an international order and your country is not listed as a shipping option email Xanthe to request delivery to your country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders Xanthe Anna is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging on receipt. If your item does arrived damaged, please send photos to hello@xantheanna.uk and we will process a claim on your behalf.
