  • No, there’s no extra charge for the Gift Box and it’s free delivery within the UK.

  • After you have completed your order, if you would like a Gift Box you must email Xanthe to request one. Please include your order number, delivery address, details of any colours you would like included and your gift message.

  • When you purchase this item you will receive a unique gift code. This can be emailed to you or directly to the recipient. You don’t need a Gift Box if you don’t want one.

  • The gift code will never expire. However the voucher is for the value of the item at the current price. If the price of an item increases, you will need to pay the difference. We reccomend using vouchers as soon as possible to avoid this.

  • Yes, before you have requested a gift box, the digital voucher is fully refundable.

    If we have sent a gift voucher box there is a £5 deduction from your refund to cover these costs.

  • There is a delivery cost for sending the Gift Box to addresses outside of the UK and international postage charges for the completed slippers or boots too.


  • Yes, absolutely. At the checkout enter your voucher code and then your card details for the additional amount.
