RETURNS POLICY

I want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. When your item arrives, try it on with care. Please try them on a carpet or rug so the soles are not marked. Make sure you’re happy before you wear them. If they’re not right for you, please return them. I can only accept returns that are in perfect, unworn condition.

I accept returns on items purchased directly from me, either ordered through my website or bought in person.

Be assured that if you wish to return your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or full refund. Please email Xanthe to let me know as soon as possible send the item back within 28 days of receipt. I will send you the best postal address by email. You will be responsible for the cost of return to our address which is in Wales, UK.

Once I’ve received the item, if you’ve requested a refund it will be processed within 2 working days. I can only issue refunds to the original payment card. The money leaves my account immediately, but the bank may take some time to process the refund, and for it to arrive in your account.

Most items, including custom-made orders, can be returned. However, in rare cases where an item is made to a very specific bespoke request, I may not be able to accept a return. If this applies, I will always make this clear to you by email before your order is confirmed.
