SPECIAL EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Any item bought before 24th December can be returned up until the end of January.

I want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. When your item arrives, try it on with care. Please try them on a carpet or rug so the soles are not marked. Make sure you’re happy before you wear them. If they’re not right for you, please return them. I can only accept returns that are in perfect, unworn condition.

Be assured that if you wish to return your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or full refund. Please email Xanthe to let me know as soon as possible and I will confirm the best postal address by email. You will be responsible for the cost of return to our address in Wales, UK.

Once I’ve received the item, if you’ve requested a refund it will be processed within 2 working days. I can only issue refunds to the original payment card. The money leaves my account immediately, but the bank may take some time to process the refund, and for it to arrive in your account.
