  • These boots are made to order, and will be made especially for you by Xanthe. For timings please check our current delivery schedule. If you’re in a hurry see what we have ready made in stock.

  • All items are fully refundable. Returns must be in new, unworn condition and within 28 days of receipt of the item. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return postage. Read the returns policy for more details.

  • Ethically sourced sheepskin, vegetable tanned leather, 100% recycled thread and organic hemp binding. Soles are made with 60% recycled material. You can read more about the details on the materials page.

  • Most people wear their usual shoe size. If you’re between sizes we suggest choosing the bigger size. If you’re still not sure, you can measure the length and width of your feet using our size guide.

  • All our footwear is unisex, suitable for both men and women.

  • I recommend protecting your boots with a protective/ waterproof spray for suede, and you can clean them with a suede brush. For more detailed cleaning info read our boot and slipper care guide.

  • Yes! When ordering custom-made boots you can choose from three different soles.  If you want to wear these boots outside, I recommend either the Commando Sole or the Outdoor Stripe. 

    If you want to order slipper boots to wear inside then I recommend the Indoor Slipper Sole, which is flexible, comfortable and strong enough to nip outside when you need to.

    All these soles are made with 60% recycled material.
