Can I just buy a digital voucher?
When you purchase this item you will receive a unique gift code. This can be emailed to you or directly to the recipient. You don’t need a Gift Box if you don’t want one.
How do I get a Gift Box?
After you have completed your order, if you would like a Gift Box you must email Xanthe to request one. Please include your order number, delivery address, details of any colours you would like included and your gift message.
Will the voucher expire?
The gift code will never expire. However the voucher is for the value of the item at the current price. If the price of an item increases, you will need to pay the difference. We reccomend using vouchers as soon as possible to avoid this.
Does the Gift Box cost more?
No, there’s no extra charge for the Gift Box and it’s free delivery within the UK.
What if I’m not in the UK?
There is a delivery cost for sending the Gift Box to addresses outside of the UK and international postage charges for the completed slippers or boots too.
